民航局學科檢定基本資料輸入系統
CAA Knowledge Test Applicant Data Input System
填寫步驟：
一、 輸入基本資料。
二、 輸入完畢點選 「上傳並列印」，系統將自動帶出「民用航空局航空人員檢定申請表」。
三、 列印「民用航空局航空人員檢定申請表」作為 報名資料首頁，考生並須依報考須知之規範，
         檢附相關佐證文件， 以書面寄達民用航空局標準組後，始完成報名手續。
提醒事項：
一、 請確實填寫並再次確認無誤後，再行上傳列印。
二、 ＊為必填項目
 
Steps：
1.Enter applicant data.
2.Click "Upload & Print",then "CAA Application Form" will be displayed.
3.Print the form as the cover page for the application with required documents attached in accordance with "報考須知".
Send the application via postal mail to Flight Standard Div.,CAAT to complete the application.
Notes：
1.Re-confirm the data,then upload and print.
